XTV130C is a cost-effective system that can flexibly correspond to electronic component/semiconductor inspection. This system is equipped with a high-voltage power integrated open tube 130kV/10WX radiation source and high-resolution imaging chain produced by NikonMetrology company. End users can build a system that suits themselves based on factory options or on-site upgrades. Additional options such as rotating sample tray, flat plate, automatic inspection software, and promising CT technology functions have been added, allowing for the installation of various options.
